Shipping Within Australia

We're proud to deliver Raffi's wholesome goodness to dog lovers across Australia!

Processing Time: 3 business days. All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 3 business days of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery Times:

  • Metro Areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide): 2-4 business days

  • Regional Areas: 3-7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5-10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping:

  • Flat rate $10 - anywhere in Australia

Express Shipping (Metro areas only):

  • Flat rate $15 - anywhere in Australia

  • Available Monday-Friday (orders placed before 12pm)

What We Ship

  • All Raffi products ship Australia wide

  • We use Australia Post and other trusted courier partners

  • All packages are trackable - you'll receive tracking details via email

  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays

  • Rural and remote deliveries may require additional time
