Single Pack Purchases
- Full refund of purchase price plus original shipping
- No return required - keep the treats
- Just contact us within 30 days
Multi-Pack Purchases
- Full refund for returned unopened packs plus original shipping
- Unopened packs must be returned
- You cover return shipping costs
- Keep any opened packs (no refund on those)

Claims must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Usage Limit:
One guarantee per household (applies to first purchase only).
