Single Pack Purchases

• Full refund of purchase price plus original shipping costs
• No return required - keep the treats
• Simply contact us within 60 days of purchase

Multi Pack Purchases

• Full refund for returned unopened packs and original shipping costs
• Unopened packs must be returned to qualify for refund
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• No refund for opened/used packs (you get to keep these)
